Cross Butts Farm on the main road into Whitby is a recent addition to the accommodation in the Whitby area. The converted farm boasts a café-restaurant as well as 12 luxury bed and breakfast apartments. It is less than 1 mile from the town, and easily accessible by car. Each of their 12 apartments are unique, they have "stable suites", "anniversary suites" and "gallery suites". The apartments are situated in an ornate courtyard. Duke of York

If you are looking for accommodation with great views of the harbour, head over to the East side of town, and at the end of the cobbled streets you will find the Duke of York, Church Street. Situated at the bottom of Whitby's 199 steps that lead to the Abbey, the Duke of York is the perfect place to rest after the strenuous climb to the abbey. They offer Bed and Breakfast accommodation.
